With a focus on the northern regions of Japan, the 2016 Japan Week introduced authentic foods and confectionaries from Hokkaido and Northern Tohoku. Visitors could also experience and learn about traditional arts and crafts such as ukiyo-e and kabuki makeup. Among the different booths and activities, the “Kaiten Sushi” attracted several visitors to enjoy authentic Sushi in a conveyor belt serving style.
